Insurance and Payment Options at Heerya

Accepted payment modes, structured EMI options for larger cases, and how we handle dental insurance claims for patients from Sangareddy and surrounding mandals.

How you can pay

Cash

Indian rupees, at the front desk.

UPI

PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm, BHIM. Our UPI ID is shared at the front desk.

Debit cards

All major Indian bank debit cards.

Credit cards

Visa, MasterCard, RuPay.

Bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS)

Available for larger cases, account details provided on request.

Paying for larger treatments over time

For larger cases — full-mouth implants, full smile design, complex orthodontic work — we offer structured instalment plans. The cost is broken across the treatment duration, with payments due at predetermined stages.

Braces

Initial payment at fitting, followed by smaller payments at each check-up visit.

Implants

A payment at the consultation, one at implant placement, and one at crown fitting.

Full smile design

Payment split across the treatment stages.

No bank loans or third-party financing is arranged by the clinic directly — but if you prefer to use a credit card with your own bank's EMI conversion, that option is available.

Working with dental insurance

Most plans cover

  • Emergency dental care (tooth extraction, acute infection treatment)
  • Restorative work following accidents or trauma
  • Hospitalisation-related dental procedures

Most plans do not cover

  • Routine check-ups and cleanings
  • Orthodontic treatment (braces, Invisalign)
  • Cosmetic dentistry (whitening, veneers, smile design)
  • Routine implants (sometimes covered under accident cover)

We provide the paperwork you need for insurance claims — itemised receipts, treatment records, and digital X-rays where applicable. The actual claim process is between you and your insurance provider, but we support the documentation fully.

Placeholder — confirm with Dr. Thukaram whether Heerya is a direct-billing network provider for any specific insurance company (Star Health, Care Health, ICICI Lombard, etc.) before launch.

Government healthcare coverage

Placeholder — confirm with Dr. Thukaram whether Heerya is empanelled with CGHS, ESI, Arogyasri, or any other government scheme. Write the exact coverage and claim procedure before launch.

If plans change

Consultation fees are non-refundable once the consultation has taken place. For treatment deposits, unused portions are refunded based on the agreed payment plan — for example, if you paid for a 6-visit braces adjustment plan and completed 4 visits before stopping, the unused 2 visits are refundable at the per-visit rate.

Ask at the front desk for the refund policy in writing before making any large payment.

Questions about payment

Yes. Visa, MasterCard, and RuPay debit and credit cards are accepted at the front desk.

Braces cost is structured in instalments across the treatment — not a single bank EMI. If you want to use a credit card with your bank's EMI conversion, that option is available.

Most insurance plans do not cover routine root canals unless linked to an accident or emergency. Some plans cover it under OPD benefits. Check your policy wording or ask the clinic to help with the claim paperwork.

Itemised tax invoice, treatment records, digital X-rays where applicable, and a doctor's letter for specific procedures. Ask the front desk when you pay.
